Current beta
Yapper World Inc. does not currently take payments through the app or website, so there is no current Yapper transaction to refund. You do not need a payment card to request beta access. This describes the current beta, not a promise that every future feature will be free.
An unexpected charge
If you believe Yapper charged you, contact dev@yapper.world with the merchant name, transaction date, and amount. Do not send a full card number, password, or security code. We can help identify whether the charge relates to us.
Third-party purchases
Services linked from Yapper handle their own purchases and refunds. Contact the seller or payment platform on your receipt. Yapper does not process those charges or decide those refunds.
Future features and consumer rights
Future paid features will display their price, renewal terms if relevant, and refund/cancellation terms before purchase. Nothing here removes consumer rights or remedies that apply by law.
